Happily married to Steve Dunford for 6 years. I have a very beautiful and smart 2 year old daughter, Malaina, who keeps me on my toes! I am a very happy stay-at-home mom with an incredibly supportive and loving family. I love to practice yoga, and hope to certify to teach within the next year!

I ran with Malaina on the Jordan River Parkway.  I still can't find my garmin.  I am starting to get worried that I have completely lost it!  I am going to scour the house today to see if I can find it.  I felt really good this morning and the weather was absolutely perfect.  I went to yoga this morning and it was soo good to get stretched out before my run.  I think I had a pretty good pace today, and I am glad to be back on schedule.  Last week was hard on me,  but I am back and feel great!
